In addition, by law, administrators and Board of Education members are not permitted to publicly discuss personnel matters, student discipline, or other issues requiring confidentiality. While we may not respond to comments, all input shared with the Board of Education is taken very seriously, and will inform future deliberations and work by the Board of Education and its committees.
ADJOURNMENT (8:40 PM)
The Board of Education will hold a Special Budget meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2017, in Montrose Early Childhood Center Auditorium, 356 Clark Street, South Orange, NJ to discuss the 2017-18 preliminary budget. Action will be taken.
The Board of Education will meet in Closed Session on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 6:30 pm in the Montrose Early Childhood Center Faculty Lounge to discuss personnel and legal issues, negotiations and other matters to be announced at a later date. Immediately following the Closed Session, the Board of Education will meet in Public Session at 7:30 pm in the Montrose Early Childhood Center Auditorium, 356 Clark Street, South Orange, NJ. Action will be taken.
The Board of Education will meet in Closed Session on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 6:30 pm in Room A107 Columbia High School to discuss personnel and legal issues, negotiations and other matters to be announced at a later date. Immediately following the Closed Session, the Board of Education will meet in Public Session at 7:30 pm in the Columbia High School Library, 17 Parker Avenue, Maplewood, NJ. Action will be taken.
The Board of Education will meet in Closed Session on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 6:30 pm in the Superintendent’s Office to discuss personnel and legal issues, negotiations and other matters to be announced at a later date. Immediately following the Closed Session, the Board of Education will meet in Public Session at 7:30 pm in the District Meeting Room, 525 Academy Street, Maplewood, NJ. Action will be taken.
The Board of Education will hold a Public Session on Monday, June 5, 2017, at 7:30 pm in the District Meeting Room, 525 Academy Street, Maplewood, NJ to honor retirees and celebrate accomplishments. No action will be taken.
